Walking is complex and difficult to analyse visually. Gait analysis allows specific assessment of walking patterns. Similarly, some aspects of hand and arm function are difficult to observe visually. Upper limbs assessment allows a detailed investigation into the characteristics and deficits of hand and arm use.

Preparing for gait and movement analysis, we stick small, reflective spheres to the lower body (and sometimes the upper body as well), which allows the cameras to record the way a person walks and move.
